International Innovation Challenge 2016!

Spirit of Math school is pleased to announce our involvement and sponsorship in the International Innovation Challenge 2016! The competition focuses on the exciting area of customer analytics, and is being organized and hosted by the Smith School of Business in collaboration with Scotiabank Centre for Customer Analytics.

According to the competition’s official website (https://innovationchallenge.smith.queensu.ca/), participants are tasked with completing a business case competition to “incubate industry specific advanced analytics business cases to drive industry adoption for business decision making.” The competition is open to any student enrolled in a post-secondary academic program, with the winning team of students awarded with a $20,000 cash prize!

As one of 8 participating companies – Scotiabank, RBC, TD, BMO, Spirit of Math, Loblaws, Tech Mahindra and Canadian Tire – one of our primary responsibilities is to provide one of the business challenges that students can choose from. Spirit of Math, along with the other sponsors, will be releasing our challenge details on September 24th. If you would like to view the event live, please register online at: https://www1.webcastcanada.ca/bespoke/registration/b9164scodf.php.
