WELCOME TO West Vancouver Campus

Dear Parents and Guardians,

On behalf of all the staff members, I would like to warmly welcome everyone to Spirit of Math Schools’ West Vancouver campus. Our school has an outstanding reputation and I am proud to be part of such a wonderful program. Our campus is filled with bright and enthusiastic students who are excited and eager to learn, supportive parents who are interested in their children’s education, and dedicated employees who are committed to providing our students with exclusive and high-quality education.

We offer a unique curriculum focusing on advanced drills, problem solving, cooperative group work, logic, and critical thinking. Our students explore math concepts in a deep and meaningful way, which fosters growth and learning both academically and personally. We also encourage our students to participate in various math competitions, both at local and national levels, resulting in increased confidence and excellence in mathematics and other subjects. It is a great pleasure for me to be a part of Sprit of Math Schools and see our students reach their maximum potential.

Spirit of Math is more than just an after-school program – it is a community. We could not do what we do without the support of parents and guardians, and the dedication of our inspiring teachers. Student and parent feedback is a constant reminder of what a privilege it is working for Spirit of Math Schools and how much our students gain and benefit from their time with us.

I look forward to teaching, learning, and working with new and returning students and their parents throughout their Spirit of Math journey. I invite you to arrange a visit to our West Vancouver campus or contact me for more information on our program.

I look forward to hearing from you!

Davor Egersdorfer
Campus Director, West Vancouver

What our parents & students say!

  • Eileen: Spirit of Math program can offer a competitive and balanced environment for students to improve problem solving and analytical thinking skills. My daughter has been attending the program for the past 6 months and she made a remarkable progress with increasing confidence. The teachers make the class interested and engaged, and the faculty are very friendly and efficient. ~ Eileen, parent of Tiffany, grade 2
  • Mihaela: Spirit of Math has truly helped my child discover and enrich his math potential. The program encourages critical-thinking, in-depth understanding and problem solving in the children, which I believe are important skills in math and can be applied later in life as well. It was an inspired decision to join Spirit of Math. ~ Mihaela, parent of Grade 4 student
  • Gabriel: I have loved the Spirit of Math journey since I started Grade 1 and it has been an exciting opportunity for me to do my best and promote my cooperation. My favorite parts are the mind-boggling problems and definitely the competitions. These exercises have improved my self-confidence and commitment to never give up even when it is difficult. Spirit of Math has been an interesting path to my successful results. ~ Gabriel, grade 4 student
  • Grace: It is my daughter’s first year with Spirit of Math. Although the math problems are quite challenging for her, she enjoys the lessons very much. Her teacher amazing. She can teach young kids difficult concepts using direct and simple ways. She cares for the kids with her gentle tone, but disciplines them with a firm attitude.   For my daughter, I think studying here does not only help improve her math skills, but also enables her to build up her character. ~ Grace, parent of Joanna, grade 2
  • Linda and Victor: Our children love the Spirit of Math classes.  Every week they learn new things and then put that new information into use by solving complicated word problems.  The program creates a much deeper understanding of why mathematics is important and useful in everyday life.  ~ Linda and Victor, parents of Max, Scarlett and Alex, grades 1, 3 & 5
