Lahore, Pakistan: An MoU signing ceremony was held between Allied Schools and Spirit of Math Pakistan at the Allied Schools Head Office in Lahore to encourage and promote academic cooperation to further enhance students’ mathematical skills and teachers’ pedagogical skills. Through this collaboration, Spirit of Math will register Allied Schools’ high performing students in math to appear in the Annual Spirit of Math International Contest in collaboration with Stanford University’s SMILE. This will further strengthen students’ mathematical intuition and problem-solving abilities and showcase their talent on a global level. Each participating student will also be registered on Stanford University’s SMILE platform. Spirit of Math will also facilitate learning and research for teachers and students in the form of online test resources including sample test papers and instructional videos. In addition, Spirit of Math will extend its support to impart teacher training to math teachers of Allied Schools to further polish their pedagogical skills.
