David is excited to be teaching at Spirit of Math. He believes the students are capable of amazing things, and they have a genuine interest in doing math, which makes working with them a pleasure. The program is also wonderfully designed to allow the students to think creatively, an opportunity David wishes he had been given earlier in his own education.

In his spare time, David enjoys watching hockey, “Go Leafs Go”, watching golf, and playing bridge, which he believes is more than just a card-game, as it promotes creative-thinking and keeps the mind sharp into a player’s later years.
