Stephen was born and raised in beautiful Halifax, Nova Scotia and it is there that he attended his home town school of Dalhousie University earning a Bachelor of Science, Advanced Major in Statistics. Stephen’s education was furthered at the University of Maine where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Education. Most recently he’s completed two teaching placements in Whitby and Ottawa. He also had the pleasure of teaching in London, England earlier this year, which was a fantastic cultural and educational experience.

In his spare time Stephen enjoys playing and watching sports. He loves playing ball hockey and basketball, and tries to fit in time to play tennis, squash, and golf whenever he can! He also loves music, books, and movies. Stephen was thrilled with his most recent concert experience, seeing the Rolling Stones live in London!
