LISA CHIU
Grades 3 and 4

Born in Hong Kong, Lisa grew up in Canada where she earned her BA in Sociology. Lisa then returned to Hong to earn her teaching degree, and in 1998 she began her teaching career as a Montessori teacher. After witnessing how her own two children have "grown mathematically" in the SMS programs, she is very excited to now be part of the teaching team.

Lisa believes that every child can be taught to achieve and even exceed their learning goals in a conducive learning environment. It is her mission as an educator not only to create an environment that will inspire children to excel, but to provide a place where they can discover their full potential.
