Spirit of Math Students make the Honour Roll

Every year, Spirit of Math students from Grades 1 to 11 write math contests at Spirit of Math and at their day schools. These contests are administered by a variety of different organizations but all contests are made up of challenging problems from a range of areas in mathematics. Whether writing math contests at Spirit of Math, or at their day schools, many of our students make the National Honour Rolls.

Close to 100,000 students write these math contests each year, and less than 2% of them make the National Honour Rolls. As you will see, more than 60 Spirit of Math students are listed below on National Honour Rolls. That comprises more than 15% of our total enrolment of students eligible to write contests! (And this is not counting the fact that not all of our students wrote this year.)

In under to understand the results and how we have reported them here, please note the following:

Some contests scores are reported nationally, with the publishing of National Honour Rolls; other contests are marked internally within schools and students who score at the top of their class are recognized. We will honour both types of winners here.

Some students write these contests at Spirit of Math and others write them at their day schools. We will honour them all on this page.

Please join us in celebrating the accomplishments of our students!
